Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields

- Clear communicator with good writing and presentation abilities
- Enjoys teamwork but can work independently when needed
- Curious about real estate investment and eager to learn
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage deadlines
