About the Role
PwC’s Firmwide Corporate Services team supports the entire organisation across functions such as HR, Finance, Operations, L&D, and more. As part of the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will help deliver training initiatives that support the growth and development of PwC employees.
This internship offers hands-on experience in training coordination, stakeholder management, and operational support within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training administrative support for firmwide learning programmes
- Organise and coordinate courses, including communication with participants, trainers, and internal teams
- Assist in preparing training and management reports
- Support both in-person and virtual classroom sessions
- Provide ad-hoc operational assistance to the L&D team
- Suggest improvements to streamline internal processes and enhance employee experience
Requirements
- Open to students from all disciplines
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel preferred
- Strong academic performance and active involvement in co-curricular activities
- Professional, responsible, and able to follow through on commitments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Analytical, adaptable, and able to handle data responsibly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, well-organised, with excellent coordination skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct
