Overview
Join the Enterprise Risk Management team within CPF Board’s Risk Management Department, where you’ll help strengthen the organisation’s ability to sense, understand, and respond to risks that impact more than four million members. This internship gives you hands-on exposure to how large public institutions assess emerging risks and build tools to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Help refine requirements for a new organisational risk register by collecting and analysing user feedback
- Draft test scenarios and assist in user testing to validate system readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning on emerging industry and global risks, summarising insights for internal reporting
- Analyse potential impact areas and support the development of early-warning risk signals
- Assist with risk dashboards, documentation, and updates for key stakeholders
- Support day-to-day enterprise risk operations, including data gathering and reporting
- Contribute ideas that strengthen risk awareness and monitoring practices across teams
Requirements
- Currently studying Risk Management, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Comfortable learning concepts in risk identification and assessment
- Basic familiarity with Python or UX concepts is helpful but not required
- Enjoys gathering feedback and improving processes
- Able to organise information clearly and pay close attention to detail
- Willing to learn new tools for reporting or data visualisation
- Works well independently and with a team, with initiative and curiosity
