In this internship, you’ll help manage Windows devices, troubleshoot real user issues, and contribute to IT enhancement projects that keep hospital operations smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and support EUC solutions to ensure healthcare staff have reliable access to devices and applications
- Provide frontline technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and user-related issues
- Assist with system upgrades or new deployments, including configuration, testing, and compatibility checks
- Participate in small-scale IT improvement projects, helping track progress and deliver enhancements
- Support planning and setup activities for new healthcare facilities and technology rollouts
- Document troubleshooting steps, system updates, and workflow improvements for internal reference
- Travel to various PHIs to provide on-site support when needed
Requirements
- Pursuing a diploma in IT, Infocomm & Security, or a related field
- Expected graduation in May 2027
- Basic understanding of EUC concepts such as endpoint management and mobile devices
- Strong troubleshooting skills and interest in helping users resolve issues
- Good analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable adapting to fast-paced environments and managing multiple tasks
- Passionate about technology that supports healthcare professionals and improves patient care
