Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Equities Trading Desk with daily business-as-usual (BAU) processes
- Develop projects to automate financial models, research reports, and trading workflows
- Gain exposure to trading strategies used by the Equities Desk to generate profit and manage risk
- Learn the functions of other desks (sales, trading, management support) for a holistic understanding of Global Treasury operations
- Create data visualizations and perform analysis to inform trading decisions
- Design and backtest viable trading strategies based on market research and insights
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree
- Proficient in VBA and Python; knowledge of C# is a plus
- Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and financial modeling
- Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced trading environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
