Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage documentation such as BRDs, UAT sign-offs, user stories, and implementation records
- Develop and execute test plans, perform UAT, and support post-production regression testing
- Track and manage incidents, change requests, and system issues, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
- Conduct routine system health checks and monitor scheduled jobs to ensure IT operations run smoothly
- Assist in SharePoint development and ongoing system maintenance to support collaboration and document management
Requirements
- Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query
- Familiarity with SQL, SharePoint, Visio, or Power Automate is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Good understanding of process workflows
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teams and work independently when needed
