This role offers hands-on exposure to sustainability projects and environmental innovation initiatives within the real estate and property management sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on global green certification standards and assist in certification applications.
- Support Environmental focus innovation projects to improve sustainability efforts across properties.
- Develop and evaluate Proof of Concept (POC) solutions with shortlisted vendors from CapitaLand Sustainability x Challenge.
- Review and analyze data from the Ascott Environmental System.
- Monitor and track green certification progress for Ascott properties.
- Evaluate data from existing POC projects conducted in Singapore.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, or related Building Services discipline.
- Knowledgeable in sustainability, building services, and environmental practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and creating online forms.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage tasks independently.
