Overview
Join ING’s Financial Markets and Group Treasury Product Control team as an intern and gain first-hand exposure to the inner workings of a leading global wholesale bank. You’ll support the measurement, monitoring, and reporting of trading and banking activities while contributing to projects that strengthen financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance across the Asia region.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily profit and loss reporting and perform analysis of market risk drivers.
- Consolidate P&L reports across the Asia region for management review.
- Support valuation and risk assessment for a range of financial products, including derivatives, FX, and structured products.
- Participate in ongoing projects to improve product control and reporting processes.
- Review policies and procedures related to IFRS accounting standards and risk management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Assist team leads with data analysis and ad-hoc financial reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Quantitative Finance.
- Comfortable using MS Excel; VBA or coding knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage time efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative and proactive in supporting team initiatives.
- High integrity and a compliance-focused mindset.
