Join the Retail Marketing team within Shopee's Business Development department and help shape the growth of our leading retail brands. As a Marketing Intern, you will support strategic initiatives across campaigns, livestreams, and social media, gaining hands-on experience in driving customer acquisition and engagement in Southeast Asia's top e-commerce marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
· Assist in developing and maintaining the daily marketing calendar for assigned retail brands.
· Coordinate with internal marketing and business development teams to execute campaigns, livestreams, and paid ad initiatives.
· Support data analysis and reporting to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights for optimization.
· Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and recommend areas for improvement or new initiatives.
· Help manage administrative and logistical tasks to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
· Where applicable, contribute creative ideas and support the development of new marketing projects.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; a focus in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
· Experience with livestream hosting or basic design skills is a strong advantage.
· A keen interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and retail brand development.
· Full-time availability for 3-6 months is preferred; part-time candidates will also be considered.
