Overview
Moët Hennessy Travel Retail (TR) is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Coordinator to support the APAC regional team. This role acts as the central point for administrative, coordination, and marketing support, enabling the smooth functioning of the team across multiple markets.

Mission
Enable exceptional brand experiences across APAC by providing administrative excellence, seamless coordination, and marketing support. Contribute to the success of luxury brands such as Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot, and Hennessy in duty-free retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director, TR APAC (documentation, expense claims, meeting scheduling, travel bookings, visa applications).
- Assist with travel coordination for regional business trips in line with Company T&E guidelines.
- Plan, track, and monitor the T&E budget and expenses of the Managing Director.
- File purchase requests and invoices in Concur and liaise with Finance for recharges.
Department Coordination
- Organize regional meetings, trainings, workshops, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Consolidate reports, presentations, and updates from APAC markets for review by the Managing Director.
- Manage team calendars and schedule events, meetings, and visitors.
- Support logistics for internal and external stakeholders, including transport, room bookings, and hospitality.
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and coordinating commercial and marketing initiatives across APAC.
- Maintain organized archives of marketing activations, guidelines, and materials.
- Track marketing activation expenses and support vendor management.
- Prepare internal reports and presentations for marketing initiatives, including major festive campaigns (Lunar New Year, End of Year, Mid-Autumn Festival) and programs like Hennessy Spirit of Travel.
Key Selection Criteria
Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Concur for expense management.
- Prior regional-level experience in coordination, communication, or marketing support is preferred.
Capabilities
- Strong planning, organizational, and implementation skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to independently follow up with stakeholders and manage tight timelines.
- Service-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Mandarin is a plus.
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
