Overview
This Finance Operations role at GetGo offers hands-on exposure to the day-to-day financial activities of Singapore’s largest carsharing platform. You will support core accounting processes that keep the business running smoothly, while gaining practical experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, review, and verify invoices to ensure proper documentation before payment
- Support daily cash management, including recording bank deposits and reconciling revenue against Checkout.com
- Validate customer charges and accurately record receipts
- Assist in raising invoices and credit notes
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including aging reports
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Assist with manual customer charging and refunds
- Post transactions into the Xero Accounting System
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document scanning

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in accounting and finance, especially AR or AP functions
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling financial data
- Able to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset with interest in improving finance processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
