Role Overview
Position: Senior Partner Growth Manager – Amazon Fuse (SEA & AU/NZ)
Location: Southeast Asia / Australia & New Zealand (regional focus)
Team: Amazon Fuse – Subscription Services (Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music, Kindle Unlimited, etc.)
The role focuses on driving growth for Amazon’s subscription services through third-party (3P) partners, leveraging strategic marketing campaigns, data-driven insights, and scalable go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Strategy & Execution: Own marketing relationships with Fuse partners; design and execute growth campaigns to increase subscription adoption, engagement, and revenue.
- Performance Ownership: Achieve partner growth targets and KPIs across customer segments and subscription offers.
- Marketing Program Development: Build scalable GTM programs utilizing Prime Video content, seasonal events (e.g., Prime Day), and partner marketing channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to align strategies and leverage marketing tools (e.g., Kochava, Rocketium).
- Reporting & Insights: Track campaign results, analyze performance, and provide recommendations for optimization. Maintain accurate account and campaign data.
- Leadership Projects: Lead or co-own regional/global initiatives for marketing automation, reporting, or process optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Represent Fuse in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive updates; prepare performance summaries and materials.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital sales, account management, business development, or partner management.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing management, market analysis, and executing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop and execute marketing programs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle BI, Salesforce, Microsoft OneNote, and SharePoint.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience measuring marketing performance across multiple channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or equivalent.
