Role Overview
Position: Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications (1-year temporary contract)
Organization: Land Transport Authority (LTA)
Location: Singapore
The role focuses on promoting LTA’s land transport policies and projects through creative marketing and communications strategies, as well as supporting the merchandising brand Knackstop, LTA’s public transport collectibles line.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and support integrated marketing and communications campaigns to raise awareness of LTA policies and projects.
- Assist in marketing strategy development and execution for Knackstop, covering product development, production, sales, and promotions.
- Support planning and management of key corporate events.
- Contribute creatively to campaign ideation and implementation while applying analytical insights.
- Work independently and collaboratively to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or corporate communications.
- Experience in planning and executing public education or communication programs/campaigns.
- Interest in merchandising and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Strong writing, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and analytical with ability to manage multiple projects.
