Overview
J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking an Associate – Credit Platform Services to support monitoring and administration of Wealth Management Asia credit facilities. The role focuses on credit risk monitoring, loan portfolio oversight, collateral management, regulatory reporting, and automation of credit risk processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review loan portfolios to ensure compliance with credit guidelines, policies, and regulations.
- Collaborate with Lending Advisors and Credit Risk Executives on exception handling for credit facilities.
- Provide management information reporting on credit exposures, product analytics, collateral breakdown, and threshold reporting.
- Implement and manage controls initiatives across international locations, sharing best practices and coordinating with regional teams.
- Explore and develop automation opportunities for reporting using tools such as Alteryx, Python, Unqork, and Xceptor.
- Maintain credit limits and parameters in internal systems, including cross pledges, pricing, and mortgages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a financial institution, with exposure to automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge or interest in financial markets and credit risk measures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services.
- Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, and Visio.
