Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support local livestreaming operations by coordinating with agencies, influencers, and content partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands and local content providers to strengthen the LIVE ecosystem.
- Plan and execute campaigns based on trending topics, events, and social insights.
- Monitor user engagement metrics and implement strategies to improve retention and monetization.
- Identify potential risks and anomalies while setting up frameworks to track operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and platform solutions.
- Contribute to creative problem-solving initiatives and support the growth of TikTok LIVE.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Excellent communication skills in English (and Indonesian if applicable).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Curious and proactive with strong teamwork skills.
- Interest in social media, tech, and content creation.
- Basic understanding of data analysis is a plus.
