Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing reports with accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering data and highlighting key variances.
- Help produce internal finance reports using defined metrics and dashboards.
- Work on reconciliations and review job or balance sheet items to maintain clean records.
- Contribute to finance operations projects, including system migration tasks or process updates.
- Maintain organised documentation to ensure smooth audits and internal reviews.
- Provide general support for ongoing finance initiatives or ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic Excel tools; bonus if you know pivot tables or lookups.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn quickly.
- Able to work independently but also collaborate well with a team.
- Available full time for six months (Dec 2025 start preferred; Jan–Jun 2026 acceptable).
