Key Responsibilities
- Research, test, and evaluate digital platforms for partnership management, including CRM solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine platform solutions
- Integrate AI-powered tools to identify, prioritise, and recommend partnership strategies
- Develop automated data visualisation systems for monitoring, tracking, and reporting partnerships
- Analyse current operational processes and integrate GovTech OGP solutions to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- Strong interest in applying technology and AI to organisational processes and decision-making
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn CRM systems, data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau), and workflow automation platforms
- Self-driven, adaptable, and curious about digital transformation and emerging technologies
- Ability to experiment with AI-powered tools, prototype solutions, and test usability
- Strong analytical skills to identify operational gaps and propose data-driven improvements
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills to translate technical findings into actionable insights
- Preferred background: Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business, or related disciplines
