Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and on-ground activations
- Draft, schedule, and post engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, EDMs, and the website
- Support event programming, setup, and social media coverage for TRIFECTA events
- Create simple visuals and copy for campaigns, social posts, and blogs using Canva or similar tools
- Monitor content performance, track metrics, and compile learnings into reports
- Engage with the community online by responding to comments and messages
- Conduct research and assist with administrative tasks to support marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or completed a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn on the job
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar) a plus
- Passion for boardsports such as surfing, snowboarding, skiing, or skateboarding
- Available to commit for at least 6 months, starting immediately or by 2 January 2026

Duration: 6 months
Commitment: Full-time
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (Work from home on Wednesdays)
Stipend: CPF contribution
