Overview
Join Circles as a Project Associate Trainee and gain hands-on experience managing strategic initiatives across business, technical, and operational teams. You’ll support the full project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to vendor management and post-project evaluation, while learning how global telco and digital projects are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Monitor project progress, track risks, and escalate issues for timely resolution
- Support project budgeting and collaborate with finance teams for alignment to approved budgets
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and review sessions to drive progress and decision-making
- Manage vendor contracts, compliance, and performance monitoring
- Consolidate project data, prepare reports, and present insights to stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration across business, technical, and operational teams
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
