Key Responsibilities
- Research brand perception, customer behaviour, and market trends to support strategy development
- Analyse channel performance, website traffic, and digital metrics to guide decision-making
- Create marketing content for social media, digital platforms, and promotional materials
- Support campaign planning, pre-campaign testing, and tracking of KPIs
- Help coordinate event logistics, media activities, and distribution of collaterals
- Compile information for press releases, media kits, and communications
- Monitor social media to identify conversations, audience interests, and emerging trends
- Maintain marketing databases, inventory, and regular reporting for management
Requirements
- Currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Interested in digital marketing, branding, and consumer insights
- Comfortable working with data, online analytics, and emerging trends
- Good communication skills and the ability to create clear content
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Open to learning and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
