Overview
This internship offers the chance to support UOB’s employee experience and culture-building efforts through wellness, recognition, and engagement initiatives. As part of the Employee Experience team, you’ll help design meaningful programmes that strengthen well-being and reinforce UOB’s core values across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of wellness initiatives that promote physical, mental, financial, and social well-being.
- Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, communication materials, and event scheduling.
- Monitor participation data and gather feedback to improve ongoing programmes.
- Help expand and manage the groupwide UOB Way Exemplary Award nomination and evaluation process.
- Draft campaign messages, updates, and announcements for internal platforms.
- Ensure programme documentation aligns with UOB’s values and governance standards.
- Contribute to benefits-related tasks and other employee experience projects as needed.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate from 2024 or 2025.
- Interest in HR, people programmes, or organisational development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple tasks.
- Creative mindset for campaigns and engagement activities.
- Comfortable analysing basic data and feedback.
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or PR.
