Overview
OANDA, a trailblazing FinTech company, is seeking a motivated Community Engagement Intern to join its Sales Outbound and Prop Trader Community team. You will support community initiatives, assist with content creation, and gain hands-on experience in financial markets, client engagement, and business development in a fast-paced digital finance environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with OANDA community members and provide basic guidance on platform features
- Assist in creating and scheduling content such as trade ideas, charts, and discussion topics
- Monitor and analyze community data to uncover trends and insights
- Support business development initiatives by gathering and organizing prospects
- Prepare presentations and materials for community events and initiatives
- Help maintain a positive, informative, and engaging online community environment
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or related programs
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Chinese, Spanish, Thai) are a plus
- Availability to work at least 35 hours per week for 3–6 months
- Interest or experience in trading (Forex, Stocks, Crypto) is advantageous
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and community engagement skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and quick learner with a proactive attitude
