Overview
Join CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) as a Compliance Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the Group Compliance team. You’ll assist in regulatory monitoring, reporting, and staff education while contributing to the company’s adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards across its diverse real asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in periodic compliance reporting for Senior Management and Audit and Risk Committee
- Support independent compliance reviews led by the team
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their relevance to the organization
- Perform gap analysis or benchmarking of regulatory requirements against internal controls
- Prepare communication and e-learning materials to educate staff on regulatory and control requirements
- Participate in training sessions and help facilitate staff learning
- Assist with ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and organised
- Eager to learn and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
