Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the use of digital banking tools and help guide customers through online platforms at branch lobbies
- Provide friendly and clear customer assistance for basic queries at branch locations
- Identify opportunities to introduce suitable banking products while ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Support team discussions by helping gather insights, preparing materials, and contributing ideas for future initiatives
