Overview
Join the Consumer Usage and NETS App team as a Business & Product Intern and gain hands-on experience in Singapore’s payments landscape. You will work closely with Marketing and Merchant teams to support promotions, enhance the NETS App experience, and contribute to initiatives that engage users and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Support technical discussions and solutioning for NETS App updates
- Prepare user stories, business requirements, and customer journey maps
- Assist in creating wireframes for updated app experiences
- Participate in live app verification and testing during product launches
- Conduct research and prepare presentation materials for merchant engagement
- Monitor campaign usage and report findings to relevant teams
- Analyse competitive digital payments trends and promotions in the market
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful promotions and deals
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledgeable about local digital payments and promotions
- Passionate about staying informed on industry trends
- Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
