Join The Walt Disney Company as a Growth & Retention Marketing Intern and help drive customer engagement for Disney+ across Southeast Asia. You’ll support campaigns that boost acquisition, retention, and lifetime value while collaborating with marketing, creative, and operations teams in a fast-paced, global entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing lifecycle automation campaigns to drive engagement and retention
- Implement customer journeys across email, push notifications, in-app, and web channels
- Analyse campaign results, create reports, and share insights as best practices
- Maintain campaign calendars and dashboards, tracking performance metrics
- Coordinate with agencies and freelancers to secure campaign assets and copy
- Support the creation of presentation decks and distribution of results to stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative teams to obtain necessary materials for campaigns
- Contribute ideas to improve campaigns through test-and-learn initiatives
Requirements
- Current undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or related fields
- Interest in digital marketing and willingness to experiment with campaigns
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication, presentation, and analytical abilities
- Enthusiastic about Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborating with teams
