Overview
Calm Collective Asia is a mission-driven organisation dedicated to normalising mental health conversations across Asia. We run community programmes like Calm Circles and facilitator trainings, and also partner with companies to build healthier, more human workplaces. As an intern, you’ll join a small, fast-moving team where your ideas and execution directly shape how individuals and organisations experience mental wellbeing. This role blends creative work, structured operations, and meaningful impact—ideal for someone who values both purpose and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Support business development by preparing pitch materials, refining client decks, shaping learning content and managing follow-up actions.
- Coordinate projects and assist with stakeholder communication, timelines, and internal tracking.
- Contribute to marketing strategy by crafting clear narratives for both community audiences and corporate decision-makers.
- Assist community programmes and corporate learning engagements through campaigns, storytelling and engagement support.
- Oversee content operations—managing calendars, drafting posts, writing captions, reviewing copy and responding to community queries with care.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all written and visual materials, ensuring consistent tone and clarity.
- Participate in new initiatives, offering ideas, improving processes and stepping in wherever support is needed.
What You’ll Need
- Based in Singapore and able to work hybrid.
- Prior exposure to a startup-style environment and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong written and spoken English, with fluency in at least one additional Asian language.
- Creative yet organised, proactive, adaptable and confident working independently.
- Familiarity with content tools and basic design is a plus, and interest in mental health or community work is welcome.
