Overview
Join a fast-growing digital bank and learn how modern marketing works from the inside. As a Marketing Trainee, you’ll support teams across Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to build campaigns that grow brand awareness and deepen customer engagement. This role sits within the GRIT Programme by Workforce Singapore, giving fresh graduates the opportunity to gain real experience in a highly dynamic financial environment. Over six months, you’ll help shape creative ideas, produce marketing content, and see how campaigns come to life from concept to execution.
What You’ll Do
- Create clear, compelling copy for social media, emails, ads, and other digital banking touchpoints
- Work with designers to turn concepts into polished marketing materials that align with brand guidelines
- Support the planning and delivery of digital campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to keep timelines on track
- Collaborate with external partners on proposals, campaign coordination, and end-to-end partnership activities
- Assist with campaign performance checks and learn how financial products are marketed responsibly and effectively
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or graduating in 2024/2025 with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, Business, or related fields
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR
- Strong command of English and a keen eye for tone, clarity, and detail
- Experience in copywriting or content creation is an advantage
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
- Able to work well with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficient in PowerPoint; familiarity with design or content tools is a plus
