Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing loyalty marketing activities and Marriott Bonvoy Moments event operations
- Coordinate with brand, PR, and event agencies to support campaign delivery
- Provide administrative and project support to the loyalty team
- Help launch integrated campaigns across owned and paid channels—email, app, social, and more
- Review creative assets and copy to ensure messaging is on-brand
- Prepare post-campaign reports with basic insights and recommendations
- Support event activations through logistics coordination, attendee engagement, and on-site assistance
- Manage communications and programme tasks for Marriott Bonvoy Moments APEC
Requirements
- Undergraduate pursuing Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills
- Eligible under Singapore internship requirements and able to commit for 6 months
- Professional grooming and a people-first approach
