Key Responsibilities
- Digital Tool Rollout: Support the development and deployment of TrueContext Forms to modernize and enhance operational efficiency for field teams.
- Standards Compliance: Research, edit, and update Delivery Operations Manuals to ensure alignment with critical industry standards (SS550:2020 and EN81).
- Strategic Research: Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for advanced people flow systems, specifically focusing on API integration with BMS.
- Management Reporting: Prepare detailed data sets and presentation slides for use in key divisional and management review meetings.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative and data entry support to daily project teams within Delivery Operations.
- Operational Assistance: Assist with the daily functions and coordination between Delivery Operations and the Sale & Operation teams.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Efficiently handle various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the Regional Office.
Are You The One
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or a related field.
- Passionate about innovation, new technologies (especially digital tools and automation), and urban development.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to compile complex information into professional presentations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable providing administrative and data entry support.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working within a collaborative culture.
- Demonstrates a strong ethical mindset and a commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
- Must be able to commit to the 6-month full-time internship period.
