Overview
Keppel is a global asset manager and operator with a presence across more than 20 countries, and its teams drive solutions in energy transition, urban development and digital infrastructure. As an Asset Management Intern under the Fund Management platform, you’ll support the team behind Keppel DC REIT—one of Asia’s leading data centre-focused trusts. This role offers an inside look into how institutional-grade assets are evaluated, operated and optimised to deliver long-term value for investors.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing asset management initiatives for data centre assets within the REIT’s portfolio
- Compile key operational and financial metrics to assess the performance and health of each asset
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and data centre–related studies to support decision-making
- Build and update financial models under guidance from senior team members
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, including vendors and consultants, to gather information and validate findings
- Assist with ad-hoc portfolio management tasks, reporting needs and strategic reviews
Requirements
- Currently studying Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related discipline
- Strong interest in asset management and digital infrastructure, especially data centres
- Comfortable working independently and contributing within a collaborative team environment
- Detail-oriented, analytical and eager to learn in a fast-moving organisation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
