Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management and development of the Atome+ loyalty programme
- Track programme performance and analyse data to uncover insights and growth opportunities
- Contribute ideas and assist in launching new loyalty campaigns, rewards, or user experiences
- Coordinate with internal teams to integrate loyalty touchpoints into broader marketing plans
- Work with partners to explore and enhance user reward offerings across the Atome ecosystem
- Review user feedback and market trends to recommend improvements
- Help prepare dashboards, reports, and content for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with operational tasks to ensure seamless loyalty programme execution
Requirements
- Studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in loyalty, customer engagement, or digital marketing
- Comfortable analysing numbers and drawing meaningful insights
- Creative, proactive, and excited about testing new ideas
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; data tools are a bonus
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
