About the Role
As an iOS Development Intern at ByteDance, you’ll help architect and build high-performance, reusable components and features for our iOS applications. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver superior user experiences across mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop efficient, reusable iOS applications and modules.
- Focus on rendering performance and optimized code for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Continuously improve iOS application design and development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class iOS experiences.
- Integrate third-party libraries and APIs as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Development, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experienced in iOS development technologies such as Swift, Objective-C, and Xcode.
- Familiar with iOS development concepts: MVC/MVVM, Core Data, Core Animation, Auto Layout.
- Knowledgeable about networking and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Agile, self-motivated, with strong product ownership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant internship experience in iOS development.
- Interest in the payment or fintech industry.
