Key Responsibilities
- Assist in producing written, visual, and video marketing content including presentations, infographics, and social media assets
- Support planning and execution of regional trade shows, conferences, and corporate events
- Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns and brainstorm creative strategies
- Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers, videographers, and event organizers
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to support strategic decisions
- Collect and organise regional marketing intelligence for internal stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth marketing operations
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital communication channels
- Passion for marketing and interest in the aviation industry is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Chinese or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous
- Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator is a bonus
- Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus
