Overview
Join the APAC Foundational Products Squad (FPS) at Roche Singapore, a regional team supporting affiliates across Asia-Pacific in strengthening access and impact for established medicines. As a Data & Knowledge Systems Intern, you’ll help build smarter, more connected information systems that support teams across multiple healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and structure organised knowledge pages that help teams quickly find SOPs, guides, and key resources
- Work on early prototypes of AI or chatbot tools that improve how teams retrieve information
- Consolidate data from different sources into clean, usable, and sustainable systems
- Collaborate with APAC affiliates to maintain data quality and standardised processes
- Identify gaps in existing workflows and propose improvements that simplify access to insights
- Support the squad’s digital initiatives by preparing datasets, documentation, and process maps
- Help design user-friendly knowledge-sharing experiences that improve team efficiency
Requirements
- Currently studying Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or similar
- Comfortable working with data, digital tools, and basic system organisation
- Curious, proactive, and eager to experiment with new ideas
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly with teammates from different countries
- Enjoys solving problems and creating simple structures out of complex information
- Able to commit full-time from January to June 2026
