Overview
This internship places you at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology, and customer-facing solution design. As part of the Sales Engineering team, you’ll learn how advanced security products are evaluated, demonstrated, and implemented for enterprise clients across the Asia-Pacific region. You’ll work closely with senior engineers while gaining practical experience in both technical problem-solving and solution storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup and tuning of product demos and POCs to showcase real-world security use cases
- Build and refresh internal technical materials, including slides, briefs, and product overviews
- Draft and improve responses for RFPs/RFIs to clearly explain product capabilities
- Research competitors, market trends, and new cybersecurity threats to guide team strategy
- Assist in preparing demo assets and configuration notes used by regional engineers
- Join customer meetings to observe how technical value is communicated and eventually support delivery
- Help maintain organized documentation and knowledge libraries for the presales team
Requirements
- Studying Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or a similar field
- Basic familiarity with networking, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud platforms
- Interest in cybersecurity topics like encryption, access control, or key management
- Comfortable learning new tools and solving technical challenges
- Able to work independently and collaborate with regional teammates
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to understand how tech solutions are presented to clients
