Overview
L’Oréal is seeking a Regional Content & Advocacy Graduate Trainee to join our dynamic team for a one-year program. This traineeship offers fresh graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy across the SAPMENA region. You will contribute to real projects, collaborate with multiple countries, and help shape data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for countries on data-related issues and Traackr platform usage
- Conduct platform-specific trainings for country and agency teams
- Review data dashboards and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies
- Maintain the Onefluence Learning Hub and support best practice sharing initiatives
- Build and publish monthly reports, including Share of Influence, Compliance Report, and Content & Advocacy Digest Newsletter
- Produce weekly or bi-weekly social trend recaps for the SAPMENA region
- Monitor consumer social and creator trends, staying informed on new technologies and opportunities
Requirements
- Recent graduate with less than 1 year of full-time experience
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies
- Proficient in data analysis, with experience using tools such as PowerBI or similar reporting platforms
- Creative mindset with strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across the business
