Overview:
L’Oréal’s Regional Media Graduate Trainee program targets ambitious recent graduates (<1 year full-time experience) who are eager to gain real-world exposure to media operations, analytics, and strategic marketing in a fast-paced, creative environment. Trainees will contribute to regional media projects, supporting brands, campaigns, and corporate initiatives across the SAPMENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare quarterly media inflation reports and SAPMENA reporting for FBB, E-retailers, Age targeting, Boosted Advocacy, and Frequency Control.
- Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities to support media strategy.
- Support the team in data use cases and dashboard updates (e.g., Paid Media SOV, One Media Tech).
Project & Stakeholder Support:
- Co-build agenda for Monthly SAPMENA Media Meetings.
- Support SAPMENA Paid Media SOV project rollout.
- Assist with onboarding new markets/divisions and supporting existing markets.
- Coordinate with markets and present findings to stakeholders.
Corporate Campaigns & Initiatives:
- Support corporate campaign initiatives, including Sense of Purpose.
- Contribute to baseline asset size data collection for Harmony and other regional projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in data models and reporting packages, e.g., Power BI.
- Ability to analyse large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and proactively reach out to teams when needed.
- Positive attitude, resourceful, and eager to learn.
