Overview
The Marriott International Corporate Internship Program gives students the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the hospitality industry from a corporate perspective. Interns develop professional skills through meaningful projects, on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance from industry experts.
For this placement, you will join the Premium & Select Brand Marketing team, supporting brand campaigns across the Asia Pacific region with a focus on Japan and India. You will work closely on influencer marketing, media planning, PR, and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research (15%)
- Conduct research to understand regional consumer trends and preferences in Japan and India.
- Analyze insights to support brand strategy and campaign planning.
2. Influencer / KOL Campaign Support (60%)
- Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns for Marriott’s Premium & Select brands.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as PR, media, brand management, and hotel teams.
- Work closely with creative agencies to support content development aligned with regional audiences.
- Ensure all assets are engaging, on-brand, and adapted to local market needs.
3. Partnership Development (10%)
- Support the identification and management of strategic brand partners and KOL collaborations.
- Help evaluate partnership opportunities that strengthen brand visibility and business goals.
4. Campaign Performance Analysis (15%)
- Track and analyze campaign metrics such as search volume, brand lift, engagement, and conversion.
- Consolidate insights and recommend improvements for future campaigns.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate in Social Sciences, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields preferred
- Eligible candidates:
- Singapore Citizens and PRs
- Students with valid student passes or Work Holiday Passes
- Students enrolled in or graduates of universities in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, UK, or USA
- Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship
- Must meet Marriott’s grooming and professional standards
