Key Responsibilities
- Translate reporting needs into clear dashboard structures that help teams make informed decisions
- Build and update dashboards to track campaign results, user trends, and key business metrics
- Analyse data to identify unusual patterns, highlight opportunities, and generate practical insights
- Review marketing campaign performance and suggest ways to strengthen targeting and outcomes
- Standardise existing reporting processes and develop templates to speed up recurring work
- Document workflows, definitions, and measurement logic to ensure consistent data usage
- Assist with website and app tagging implementation using tools such as Tealium iQ
- Validate tracking setups, troubleshoot data issues, and support audience tagging projects
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a similar discipline
- Comfortable working with data and curious about how tracking works behind the scenes
- Basic familiarity with SQL, Python/R, or HTML/JavaScript is helpful
- Detail-oriented and able to organise documentation clearly
- Proactive learner who enjoys improving systems and processes
- Reliable and able to manage tasks independently with guidance
