Overview
Join Siemens’ regional team to support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for their technology products across ASEAN. This internship offers hands-on exposure to product launches, sales enablement, digital content creation, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll help translate technical information into customer-focused solutions and gain experience in regional campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support GTM Plans: Coordinate regional launch strategies, track execution progress, and assist in developing sales playbooks.
- Create Sales Content: Produce customer-friendly materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and success stories to communicate technical value propositions.
- Digital Productions: Lead short video productions (1–2 minutes), including scripting, coordination with experts, and basic post-production editing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional technology experts and local sales/marketing teams to align and execute GTM campaigns.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on trends and competitors to inform messaging and strategic positioning.
- Track Campaign Impact: Support monitoring of campaign deliverables, adoption metrics, and feedback for GTM optimization.
Requirements / Ideal Candidate
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-focused messaging.
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and regions.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently and proactively.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to commit full-time for 6 months.
