About the Role
Join us as a Digital Marketing, Sales & Tech Development Intern, where you will support the Director of Sales and Communication in driving digital engagement, content creation, marketing operations, and tech-related initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure across digital marketing, SEO, website design, backend marketing workflows, and optional sales or coding responsibilities—giving you a strong head start in any fast-paced work environment.
Throughout the 6-month period, you will develop practical marketing skills, strengthen your technical foundation, and gain real-world experience supporting both internal stakeholders and client-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Collaborate with designers to maintain and update the company website.
- Contribute ideas during marketing brainstorming sessions.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, social media activity, and website analytics.
SEO Development
- Learn and apply SEO techniques to strengthen content visibility and ranking.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices to enhance overall digital presence.
Website Design
- Take ownership of website design tasks for clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure websites reflect current IT solutions, are user-friendly, and enhance client demonstrations.
Content Creation
- Write clear, engaging articles and content for clients across various IT-related topics.
- Develop content aligned with marketing strategies and product value propositions.
Ad-hoc Marketing Tasks
- Provide support for marketing, eCommerce, and operational activities.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and contribute to team-wide goals.
Optional Tracks
Coding (Optional)
- Apply coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) to improve website design and functionality.
- Collaborate with developers on technical enhancements.
Sales & Client Relations (Optional)
- Support client engagement if you demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Understand client requirements and help propose suitable IT solutions.
- Contribute to sales activities, with commission opportunities for successful conversions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing studies in Polytechnic, A-Levels, or University.
- Able to commit 10 to 24 weeks between December and May.
- Strong written communication skills with an interest in content creation.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or related coding skills.
