About the Left Field Internship
Left Field is Octagon’s 3-month creative internship designed for unconventional thinkers—those who see sideways, think differently, and aren’t afraid to challenge expectations. Whether you’re an aspiring art director, designer, copywriter, or multi-disciplinary creative, this is your chance to learn, experiment, and play.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, with or without formal creative training. What matters is your mindset:
- Curious and eager to grow your creative skill set
- Detail-oriented with a positive, resourceful attitude
- Strong communicator in English
- Passionate about culture, trends, ideas, and storytelling

What You’ll Work On
As a Left Field Creative Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience shaping real work, including:
- Tracking cultural moments, emerging trends, and creative innovations
- Participating actively in brainstorming and ideation sessions
- Designing compelling visuals or crafting strong, memorable copy
- Collaborating with Strategy, Account, and Production teams to bring concepts to life from idea to launch
