Overview
URA’s Information Systems & Geospatial Group (ISGG) is offering an internship focused on the development and enhancement of GIS-based web applications, including the URA SPACE platform. Interns will contribute to application design, UI/UX improvements, and technical upgrades, gaining hands-on experience in enterprise IT and web-based GIS systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of URA GIS applications supporting the URA SPACE platform.
- Understand business requirements to propose digital solutions and new application modules.
- Design UI/UX and develop functionality compatible with desktop and mobile browsers.
- Perform technical upgrades, code refactoring, and framework migration (e.g., Handlebars JS to ReactJS).
- Create unit test cases and perform application testing with business stakeholders.
- Deploy applications via CI/CD pipelines to testing and production environments.
- Document changes and prepare knowledge transfer materials.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Able to commit full-time from January to May 2026 (5 months).
- Familiarity with JavaScript, ReactJS, Python, and GIS platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
