Overview
Join the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence (DSAI COE) at HDB and help promote a culture of data and analytics within the organization. As a Marketing & Communications (Engagement) Intern, you will support initiatives that foster knowledge sharing, community engagement, and professional development among HDB officers. This internship offers hands-on experience in creating content, managing events, and implementing engagement strategies in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Plan, organize, and execute community events, competitions, seminars, and learning sessions.
- Engage community members using digital platforms, polls, focus groups, and collaborative tools.
- Develop and manage a community portal and knowledge hub with relevant resources and content.
- Collaborate with business units and teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate community initiatives and suggest improvements.
- Source speakers from public and private sectors for meetups and events.
- Contribute to gamified activities and creative engagement strategies to excite the community.
- Support additional marketing, communications, or related projects as needed.
Requirements
- Available for the internship period: May–Aug 2026.
- Currently pursuing studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Visual Communications, Communications Design, Art & Design, Media, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
