Overview
Castlery is redefining modern living by creating thoughtfully designed furniture grounded in real-life needs. As part of the Marketing Growth & Intelligence team, the CRM (Email Marketing) Intern will contribute to shaping customer relationships in the US market through strategic email communication. This role offers hands-on experience with campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration.
This internship requires full-time availability (5 days/week) for at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
What You Will Do
Email Strategy & Planning
- Support the development of the email marketing calendar, including content themes and customer touchpoints.
- Contribute to campaign planning that aligns with brand goals and market needs.
Campaign Execution
- Set up and manage newsletters and CRM journeys, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation.
- Track and compile campaign data to monitor performance and customer engagement metrics.
Market & Competitive Insights
- Conduct competitor analysis to uncover trends, best practices, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Provide recommendations based on findings to improve content, timing, and user experience.
Testing & Optimisation
- Assist in A/B test planning and execution to determine effective strategies across subject lines, content, and design.
- Analyse test outcomes and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Comfortable analysing data, extracting insights, and proposing improvements.
- Strong interest in email marketing, CRM tools, and campaign management.
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- Adaptable, organised, and able to balance immediate tasks with long-term projects.
