This internship sits within the Human Resource Department (HRD), specifically the Employer Branding & Employee Experience (EBEX) team. The team shapes how CPF Board is perceived as a workplace, crafting a consistent and compelling employer brand that highlights CPF’s values, culture, and people-first environment.
As an intern, you’ll contribute to projects that help CPF attract and inspire talent while enhancing the internal employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Conceptualise and produce engaging content for CPF Board’s employer branding channels.
- Draft posts, visuals, and employee stories that highlight CPF’s culture, initiatives, and values.
- Help monitor and maintain CPF’s online presence to foster positive engagement and communities.
Employer Branding & Employee Experience Initiatives
- Assist in planning and coordinating organisation-wide employer branding programmes such as:
- internal engagement events
- cross-sector networking sessions
- pulse surveys
- CPFB Champions Programme activities
- Support logistics, communication efforts, and rollout requirements.
EVP (Employee Value Proposition) Development
- Contribute to visual and written materials for the EVP campaign.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging frameworks.
Research & Insights
- Conduct research on talent trends, competitor employer brands, and employee feedback.
- Help analyse findings and prepare insights that guide strategy and positioning.
Design & Operational Support
- Create visuals using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist in preparing engagement kits, event materials, or communication assets.
- Provide administrative and project support for EBEX activities.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to meet every criterion—CPF values curiosity and willingness to learn. Candidates who thrive tend to have:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related studies.
- Interest or experience in employer branding, internal communications, or storytelling.
- Ability to structure messages clearly and professionally.
- Analytical thinking—comfortable interpreting feedback and data.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) or messaging frameworks is a bonus.
- Adaptability, initiative, and comfort working in dynamic, cross-functional settings.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Commitment: Full-time internship from January 2026 to June 2026.
