Singtel is looking for a motivated Market Research Intern to support the team in managing day-to-day research activities. In this role, you will help design research programs that address real business questions—working from survey creation all the way to insights and reporting, under the guidance of experienced researchers.
You’ll also collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their goals, manage timelines, and contribute to end-to-end execution of in-house studies, including those related to product churn and customer sign-ups. If you enjoy research, problem-solving, and making sense of data, this is a great place to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in designing questionnaires for market research studies using survey platforms.
- Help refine and finalize surveys and reports for both in-house and agency-led studies.
- Program, test, and deploy questionnaires on the survey platform.
- Conduct data checks and ensure the accuracy and quality of collected data.
- Make outbound calls to customers to gather feedback about products and brand experience.
- Work closely with team members to identify business issues, refine methodologies, and report insights.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of data visualization.
- Foundational knowledge of quantitative market research.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time and project management skills.
