Overview
Mdm Ling Bakery is looking for a creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to bring fresh ideas to its growing FnB brands. You’ll work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager to produce engaging visuals, stories, and campaigns that showcase the brand’s personality and products. This role blends hands-on content creation with real marketing execution in a fast-moving consumer environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, events, and brand moments
- Edit visual content for social platforms using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut
- Write engaging captions that drive clicks, saves, and shares
- Track performance metrics and suggest data-backed improvements
- Identify social media trends and propose new content directions
- Support marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and sister brands
- Apply basic SEO and user-focused design principles to improve content reach
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help shape brand storytelling
Requirements
- Comfortable with mobile photography and videography
- Familiar with editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro)
- Strong interest in social media trends and content creation
- Good written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Creative, proactive, and eager to experiment
- Able to work onsite and keep up with a fast-moving marketing workflow
