Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Intern / Part-Time Clinic Admin & Marketing Assistant to support our daily operations and digital marketing initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to clinic administration, patient support, and content creation—making it ideal for students or individuals exploring healthcare, marketing, or business administration careers.
Responsibilities
Clinic Administration
- Assist with front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiries
- Support daily clinic operations including payments, filing, and record maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and common areas
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to ensure a smooth patient experience
Marketing Support
- Assist in content creation for social media (captions, snippets, basic visuals)
- Help maintain and update marketing platforms (e.g., social media, simple website edits)
- Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Conduct basic research on wellness topics or marketing trends when needed
Requirements
- Motivated, positive, and willing to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in healthcare, marketing, or customer service
- Able to commit at least 3 months from Dec 2025
- Students, fresh grads, and individuals with relevant experience are welcome
